Just to add, if you open both of the tracks - Apart and Apart (Dynamic Range) mix in an audio editor you can see a massive difference in waveforms. The Apart original mix is clipping at 0db and you can see the waveform is compressed as standard modern music. The Dynamic Range mix peaks at -4db. The Outside agency master their tracks sooooo loud anyway, not sure why they would release both...
